These terms govern your use of this website and the quotations we issue. They do not replace the contract you sign with us for a specific order.
Scope. This site is a business-to-business catalogue for used vehicles and new energy vehicles exported from China. It is not a consumer retail offering, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance in itself.
Prices. All prices shown are FOB China unless stated otherwise, are indicative, exclude duty, VAT and destination charges, and are subject to change without notice. A binding price exists only in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by us.

Regulatory data. Age limits, duty structures, certification requirements and ports published on this site are planning references compiled from public sources and verified as stated on each page. They are not a customs ruling, they differ between ports and they change. You are responsible for confirming current rules with a licensed customs broker in your own country before committing to an order.
