What is the minimum order?
Two units. Two to four units can share one container, which is how most dealers test a new model without committing to a full load.
How do I know a car will clear my customs?
We check every unit against your destination's age limit, steering configuration, emissions and certification before we quote, and each vehicle page lists the markets it can clear.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit by T/T to reserve the unit, 70% balance before loading. For established buyers we accept L/C at sight. Company bank details are issued on the proforma invoice only.
Do you collect payment on the website?
No. This site never takes payment, and we never ask for money through chat apps. All B2B payments run on bank channels against a proforma invoice.
How long does shipping take?
25 to 40 days depending on destination and vessel schedule. West African ports average 28 to 35 days from Nansha; South American ports 30 to 40 days.
What documents do I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, export declaration and Certificate of Origin, issued in the exporter's name and couriered to you before the vessel arrives.
Can you handle SONCAP, PVoC, COC or ECTN?
Yes. We arrange pre-shipment conformity verification and the destination certificates your market requires, and we tell you the lead time before you book.
Is the inspection done before or after payment?
After the deposit and before loading. We send photos and a walkaround video for your sign-off while the unit is still in our yard.
Do you show defects?
Yes. Every defect found in the 68-point check is photographed and listed on the vehicle page. If we would not ship it to ourselves, we do not ship it to you.
Do you supply spare parts?
For fleet and dealer buyers we consolidate spare-parts shipments alongside the vehicle order, so units are not off the road waiting for a part.
Which markets do you not serve?
Markets that ban used passenger car imports through their mainland ports, and markets requiring right-hand drive. Chile is currently restricted; those units are shown as restricted rather than hidden.
How do I confirm current prices and availability?
Prices and stock change daily. Send the model and quantity and we will confirm in writing within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday GMT+8.
