This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect. When you submit an inquiry we collect the fields you fill in: your name, company, phone number or WeChat ID, email address, destination market and the vehicles you selected. Our server logs also record standard request data: IP address, page path, referrer, user agent and timestamp.

Why we collect it. Inquiry data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and follow the order through to delivery. Log data is used to keep the site working, to block abuse and to understand which pages buyers actually read.

Cookies and analytics. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The only browser storage we use is a local record of your inquiry list and, if you turn it on, your lite-mode preference. Site statistics are computed from our own server logs; no personal data is sold, rented or shared with data brokers.

Third parties we do use. If you email us or message us on WeChat, that conversation is handled by our email and messaging providers under their own terms, and it is not stored on this website. Our hosting provider processes request logs on our behalf.

Your rights. Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Send the request to the export email address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention. Inquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the period required by accounting and customs rules. Server logs are rotated automatically.

Security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to the sales and export staff who handle your file. We do not ask for payment details on this website and we never request bank transfers through chat applications.

Changes. If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
